Service Work

Service is one of the three sides of the Apex triangle. It is what is the crux of what is great about Apex. A sense of fulfillment is constant from service work performed by Apexians. Whether is it volunteering your labout to marshall at V8 supercars, cut down a tree for an elderly lady, or the annual Santa Sleigh events. The club has always had service activities to keep it busy all year round.

The club has been completing Santa Sleigh for the last thirty years around the streets of Albany Creek, Eatons Hill & Brendale. The club averages around 1000 hours per year of service work. Two life members known at Tony Woods & Peter Horsey are what service is all about in the Albany Creek community. The current membership has certainly followed the tradition of Service the club values so much.
